Friday Faves: Grain-free Superbowl
Have you entered my Adora calcium chocolates giveaway yet? Today’s the last day to enter!
Who’s ready for the Har-bowl?! While I don’t have a team to cheer for this time around (let’s not even discuss the Bears…), John picked up an allegiance to the Ravens due to player Joe Flacco’s recent allegiance to Haribo gummy bears.
As you can see, the stakes are high.
We’ll be cheering for gummy bears, commercials and delicious food from the comfort of friends Blair’s and Erin’s couch. As I continue to work towards a mostly grain-free lifestyle and meanwhile contemplate what dish to bring with us, I was thrilled at how many delicious Paleo options the internets has for me! Amazing buffalo chicken meatballs from Iowa Girl Eats, SWEET POTATO skins with avocado instead of sour cream (which is tastier anyway!) from PaleOMG, a mini sandwich in which bacon serves as bread (I accept) and a spinach artichoke dip utilizing “cashew cream” instead of dairy. All look delicious!
- What’s your favorite Super Bowl snack? Do you care about the teams playing this year or are you cheering for the commercials and the grub?
