{Giveaway!} Adora Calcium Chocolates

I don’t know about you, but I’m a full blown sucker for 2-for-1 deals. 2 v-neck t-shirts at Victoria’s Secret for $30 may or may not have wooed me into a snap purchase yesterday.

So, if I have an opportunity to eat chocolate, and add a little calcium to my diet? Yeah, that’s a 2-for-1 deal I’ve got to get my taste buds around.

Adora kindly sent me two varieties of their chocolate calcium supplements to sample, and truthfully, I had my skepticism radar set to “high”. I was prepared for fake ingredients, chalky taste, and overall disappointment.

The little nuggets of chocolate couldn’t have surprised me more – not weird and chewy like other varieties I’ve tried, these little disks pass the test: real chocolate. No corn syrup, no weird ingredients, no GMO. Only 1 ingredient kept them from a completely unblemished report for me: they do contain soy lecithin (an emulsifier). Many varieties of chocolate do as well so while this is not uncommon, I try to avoid soy. Even still, that won’t keep me from indulging in this little disks here & there!

And speaking of a 2-for-1, I upped the ante with a little almond butter action. The perfect combination, tried and true.
